Well today's workout was pretty sick, very good all around. However; I felt like a clown because I forgot to take my anavar 1 hour before working out. One of my friends called me up to meet me at the gym and I ran out and completely forgot to take it. No big deal though I took it when I got back home, this will be the last time I make this mistake. It's no big deal because it's my second dose. I just want to keep the timing somewhat the same because I want to get the most benefit out of the half-life. I'm not sure how many people read my day 34 post but so far I am up 19 pounds! without water retention! I'm really hoping that I can make it to 20 in the next 2 days, which I don't think will be a problem. If I hit 20 pounds soon it'll be about half the length of my cycle. I wonder what I can finish up at...this is something that has been on my mind constantly, and keeps me eating.

Damn bro, at this rate you could easily hit 30lbs. Just make sure to watch your weight and your cals. If the weight gain slows, then keep upping the cals. As you get heavier, your daily nutrient requirements are also going up. Especially when the weight gain is from muscle
 
BENCH! Glad you've been following bro, haven't seen you around in a while. 30 pounds sounds crazy! Haha originally my target was about 215, If I gained a total of 30 pounds I'll be sitting at 220 :D I know that I should try and get as much nutrition from FOOD as I can, but what do you think about those gainer shakes with like 1200 calories? As long as the macro breakdown is decent do you think I should get something similar to that to aid in my intake? I REALLLLLLY want to hit 220! One or two of those a day could'nt hurt right?
 
Just always think of supps as just that.. SUPPLEMENTS. You want to get in everything you can from whole foods and then whatever you cant get, you use supps to make up for it. But first choice should always be food

True. I relied on those weight gainer shakes for a while when i started out and beware of the sugar in them. They can put on fat pretty quick. I wouldn't use them daily to get your cals in. Keep up the work and you will get to 30lbs easy.

Nice log you have going. Awesome progress man. Your excitement really comes through and makes me consider a cycle again. How are you liking the AGX supps?

210.5 Thats what my scale just hit! I'm doin' WORK! (This brings total weight gain to 20.5lbs) I wonder if this has anything to do with the anavar yet...today was my third dose. About how long does it take to notice it working? I'm figuring about 4 days. My workout today was insane and I'm glad I brought 2 shakes to the gym because I downed both of them, one halfway through my workout and the other immediately after. I was there for about 3 hours of solid lifting, no sittin' around BS'ing, talking to people, playing with the cell phone - just lifting and getting dirty ass looks! It was a thing of beauty. Today I was really in the zone. My concentration was unbreakable. Some lifts that deserve pointing out would be: 450lbs hammer strength seated dip (10 reps), sitting DB curls on the shoulder press seat @ 65lbs, barbell military press 225lbs @10 reps, hammer strength iso-lateral shoulder press @ 135 each side (7 reps). The hammer strength seated dip machine was funny, I had to seatbelt myself in - literally! Been stuffing the face alllllllll day too. I need to get some quality sleep so this concludes my post for now. Tomorrow is legs/traps/abs, gonna' kill it!

PS: Bridger - The AGX suppliments are nice and I will buy them when my supply runs out. I feel like they make a very nice quality product for the money.

No workout today! This was due to a family member's birthday. Will double time it in the gym tomorrow. Eating was on point.

Don't forget you need rest so skipping a day is probably good. I see what time you go to bed based on those late night posts.:D

Today was ridiculous, in every sense of the word. As I was shitfaced tired trying to find parking by college I noticed something in the street. It was about 9:05am and i was running a little late. As I got closer I noticed it was a girl, lying in the street, with another girl kneeling over her buggin' out covered in blood. I immediately blocked off the body with my car and got out. The girl kneeling over the other one had hit her with her car. She had a huge gash over her left eyebrow and was bleeding profusely. She was moaning and her legs were trembling too. I grabed a bedsheet out of my truck and I covered her up and put on a pair of nitrile gloves I also had in my car. I applied pressure to the wound with a cloth and stabilized her head because she was trying to move. She was 28 and the driver of the car was probably 20-22. She spoke spanish/english so I was able to get some emergency contact info out of her, due to my years of spanish classes. Immediately called 911 and I had someone run and get campus security, which closed down the street about 5 minutes later. About 5 minutes after that the fire department arrived with an ambulence and police. I ended up getting to my 9am class at 9:35. Went home after class and took a nap for about 2 hours then hit the gym. I was there for 4 hours! I had to make up for the other day. I did legs/traps/abs/chest/back. I looked huge, and was super powerful. I hit 550 for reps with my traps all my lifts were crazy now that I think about it. So after I went home I showered...etc...ate....then I felt like complete garbage. It felt like someone stuck an icepick in my chest and was wiggling it around. I was also sweating buckets. After a few hours of this I forced myself to throw up which stopped the problem. I ended up getting to sleep at 4am. Im just happy it's over with. Today was one for the history books....

In NYC no one helps. Period. People get mugged, assaulted, raped......no one helps. They just watch like its reailty tv. It disgusts me. There were plenty of onlookers gawking but no one was helping.

That was awesome that you helped! Maybe you will start a trend in NYC. Us simpled minded midwesterners can't understand not helping.:)
 
You did the right thing. Not only did you help someone in desperate need, but you showed yourself the good you can do just by stepping up. You've probably affirmed some character here that will keep you steady as a man among men.
