You should get some replies here, bro. Are you looking for good ideas for supps to replace breakfast, or whole meal ideas?
 
Today i had White Castle and yesterday BurgerKing :) No really today i had 5 eggs in omlete w/ 2 slices white american cheese,a banana,2 packs oatmeal,4 pieces of very healthy toast,2 multi vit tabs,and 1 apple ... O yeah and an orange ... i got up at 9am and only had 1 apple since. My diet sucks ass,don't listen to me. I'm just too damn tired to cook and i refuse to eat at any fast food places today.

just need help on breakfast scenerio....just need ideas .....weekends are ok week days suck...........i just don't have enough time to prepare .......

Get up earlier lazy bastard :D ... i'd go with a few scrambles eggs,few slices of toast,piece of fruit,some oatmeal ... are you bulking or cutting? ... i used to have a MET RX because i didn't have time either but those things never fill me like whole foods do. I even did the raw eggs but they just never filled me like an omelet or scrambled did

i'm trying to diet down right now.... way down .....i'm on the hamburger salad and chicken sslad diet.......trying to eliminate as many carbs as possible..........would like to go keto , but i can't find insturctoins on how to use slin to get there aster ....

divorvce and att's fees has taken its toll on me..i'm now a real fat fuck.....
i have to use the last and i mean the very last holes on my weight belt ( 3 up fromj what it used to be) embarasing........i'm t3'in and prop'in but its still not coming off.........need to step up cardio........could cyc agian but im trying to stay clean for a while ......
 
eggs, steak, any meat really. oils, nuts, mix it up or you will get board. For something quick, try this, a scoop of whey, 5 eggwhites, 1tbsp of natty pb, tbsp of olive oil. Omeletes are good in that you can add different meats, cheese, and veggies, so you'll never get board.

For what its worth

My breakfast consists of, 6 egg whites, 3 yolks, 2 cups of whole oats mixed with rice milk, and 2 chopped bananas, 1 litre of water, Fish oil capsules and for desert

a good seeing to by the missus to raise test levels, (and no fish oil capsule jokes, you dirty bastards!!) LOL!!
