I believe i am hindering my growth from maybe not taking enought time off? Is that possible on AAS?
1 day off every 7-8 days. I walk 5 days a week being on feet for work. Non laborus but 10,000-13,000 steps a day. Then 1-2 days are more laborous work.
Also yoga/foam roll 3-4 times a week
I upped my cals to from 3500 to 3800
3500 cals is
360 protein
360 carbs
80 fats
Then added carbs and protein to get to 3800
I hit these 6 days a week, the last is either more or less by 500.
I have gained considerable weight and mass even while achieving more ab definition.
So this is leading me to believe i should add more food?
I am started at 6 foot 215 lbs.
I am now 240 lbs.
I was 250 prior to a torn pec.
So this is first cycle back, which is why its such an intense jump. And ability to gain like this, alot of muscle memory, and off cycle for 9 months.
So i am back to getting there., the muscle memory has stopped. So now is the real gain.
I feel like i am maybe not taking enough time off. Would an extra rest day make a difference in more growth? Or just stay the course?
