I switched from Reta to Tirz due to heart rate fuckery that never went away even after 4-5 months. Like +10-15bpm sometimes. I had a couple incidences of my abdomen getting a big hard bump in the side after eating too much which I assumed was food digesting too slowly. It went away and was fine after. Also got the most foul smelling sulphur burps a few times but generally my sides from Reta other than HR were nil.
Tirz seems to do the exact same thing just as well. I just skipped i injections for a week and went straight into Tirz, no issues.
