Saw a video by Vigorous Steve, where he talked about Reta being a good fat loss promotor, but in cases of low carb diets and simultaneously taking Clen/Albuterol etc., there could be backfire from rise in glycerol from fatty acids which would then via gluconeogenesis transform into glucose and raise insulin levels and thus slow down fat loss.
He talked this in his video at 0:50:57:

His solution to this is SGLT2s, where you would esentialy pee out that excess glucose, that was created during via gluconeogenesis and thus not increase insulin levels and not slow down fat loss.
What do you think? Has anybody tried it yet?
