Hello everyone ,
i have been reading alot of threads recently about reta , but the fact i see alot of people didn't get anywhere with it
is it only boosted by the media ? does it not give any results ?

my goal is to lose weight i am considered as a " slim fat " person so all my fat is hard to remove as they are considered the hardest .

Do you guys advise to take it and if it will help or not ?
Thank you

I haven’t seen much about people “not getting where with it”.

Personally I dropped 25lbs over about three months. 20% plus body fat to about 13%. I eventually ran into some sides and am trying out Tirz, but I’d do it over again.

I started low and slowly titrated up until it started working, which was 4mg a week split into two doses.

may i ask what are those side effects ? just to take them in consideration .

Yes, it stopped about four to five days after upping the dose. Each time I went back to prior dose. It seems 5mg is my límit with Reta. I’ve just switched to tirz so I’ll see how that goes.
thanks alot !!
one last question if it doesn't annoy you , the weight u lost was with reta + hard training or solely with reta .
i have purshased it today from @Optitropin.EU hoping it will arrive and i will immediately start it

The 'media' is barely talking about this, as it's not released yet. If you mean by podcast bros and influencers, probably best policy to not listen to those who have financial incentives to sell it. If you're talking about random people on reddit, then definitely don't listen to them. There are multiple clinical studies, so perhaps you should start there and to understand the efficacy that is backed by data.

If you are "slim fat" you should be thinking about your diet and your training, regardless if you use reta. If you don't get those in line, reta may just worsen your problem.

where are you reading these threads at? Ask those people maybe?
Saw couple of people saying that they take up to 20mg and doesn't effect at all and some says it just stops working after month or so .
just search reta here and they are almost the first threads you will find .
i just purshased it and will test it myself hoping it helps

i just want to stop the feeling of hungre so that the training i do is not wasted on nothing .

thanks for the valuable information and you are indeed 100% correct .

am doing my reasearch too and trying to find all accurate information , my first reason to use reta is to stop my hungre issues that came from years of eating without thinking of the consequences .
i will use it just an extra helper and train hard .
will post an update :)

So you are reading about reta, have you tried sema or tirz? If not why choose reta out of anything for appetite suppression?

Good point , because reta hits the 3 , glp1 and gip and glucagon..
So by taking it i suppress the hunger without losing alot of energy and feeling all time tired..
That what i read during my search .
And also sema as much as i read it duper slow and doesn't work as "marketed"
Am still new and learning alot ..

Reta is amazing. It makes dieting a non issue. Trust me if u are running real Reta the mere thought of fast food will make you feel sick lol

I must be on the fake reta, with sema fast food wasn't even in my thoughts. Now it is, very much so. However, my weight is still stable on reta even though i'm finding my trash cravings back. Are they back to pre glp levels? Thats a hard one since its been well over a year since experiencing those.

Kinda seems like you are only reading what you want to. Don't know what you are really wanting to know. Once you do start pinning keep everyone updated on what you think in your member introduction post if you don't mind. Very curious what you end up experiencing.
