How are you timing Tesa / Ipa while on Retatrutide? I'm thinking about the slowed gastric emptying and need for a low insulin environment for GHRHs?
So there is some mixed evidence about GHRHs and food. Im saying food because insulin isnt the thing that actually blocks the GH release of GHRH.(Not getting mode into this)
because there is one human study where food (70g Glucose) blocked the GH releasing effectbof GHRH.
The remaining studys about GHRH and in kombination with food are animal studys.
I said mixed evidence because there is a study with cows where food inhibited GH release when GHRH was administrated alone BUT when GHRH and GHRP were administrated together the GH result did not differ from the condition without food.
So based on this, when combining GHRH with GHRP, food shouldnt matter. However we arent cows.
So if possible i would still avoid taking it with fat and carbs (protein didnt result in blunting the effect). Wait at least 2h from your last meal IF possible, simply because why not.
Best timing would be right before bed because during sleep your body naturally produces the most GH and Tesamorelin results in not only one higher GH spikes but increases the following spikes as well so probably you will get the most out of it dueing sleep.
My routine right now looks like this:
Rest days
-Monring: CJC no dac + GHRP-2
-Noon/Afternoon: CJC no dac +GHRP-2
Before bed: Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin (however i always eat about one hour before bed so obviously im taking my GHRH and GHRP with food)
Trainindays:
-Morning: CJC no dac + GHRP-2
-directly after the Gym: Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin
.Before Bed: CJC no dac + GHRP-2
Why the change? Well because im typically going to sleep like 2 h after hitting the gym and there is some concern with receptor desensitization. So as im having 2 dosages of CJC no dac per day and Tesamorelin is not only more potenz in my opinion but waaaay more.expensive i simply want to make sure that im.getting all the stimulation by the Tesamorelin due to.the receptors not ebiimg desensitized from the CJC two hours ago.
So for my case, my dosage before bed isnt optimal because food is present (even though as i said the evidence isnt clear and in the human Tesamorelin studys there was never mentioned that the testperson didmt infest food and many surly did and yet they still found the effects)
and the dosage after my workout isnt optimal because well its not before bed.
Of course switching all the CJC with Tesamorelin would be ideally but thats simply to expensive to me. Tesa is already extremly expensive compared to CJC with is dirt cheap
