Retatrutide bad sleep

Hello everyone, I've been using retatrudide for a month (I also started using CJC with DAC + MK677).
While researching, I saw numerous reports of people sleeping poorly because of Retatrutide (body heat during the night, awakenings, sleeping 4 to 5 hours a night, elevated heart rate).

I'm also sleeping poorly, My deep sleep is now averaging 30 minutes (before I used to sleep for more than an hour). REM sleep has gotten slightly worse, lasting now 1hour and half. My heart rate is also elevated, 88 max 69 min.

I am currently using: 250mg enanthate, CJC with DAC 1.5mg per week, 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off, MK677 10mg per day and Reta 3mg per week.

Is anyone else going through the same situation? Any tips on what can be done?

I'm taking 3g of glycine before bed and eating a slice of whole-wheat bread with peanut butter an hour before bed. (People have been saying that because the glucose drops, the body releases cortisol and wakes you up, due to the retatatrutide).

I havnt experienced this at all, iv been on 2mg RETA for 2 months with ipa/cjc no DAC, Iv noticed that I actually sleep better, have you considered introducing dsip? Havnt tried it myself but iv heard some decent things about it.

My sleep got proportionately worse as I ramped my dose up from 2mg to 10mg. I never did make it to 12mg, I hit my goal body fat % and dropped back to 4mg. Will drop to 2mg when I start my bulk.

I had all of the symptoms you described. I tried everything.... In the end what worked best for me was sleeping on a towel (that I could quickly swap at night when I inevitably woke up soaked) with a fan on my night stand. I also significantly changed my night time stack and have stuck with it since. I take 600mg L-theanine, 125mg Ashwagandha (Sensoril), 300mg Phosphatidyl serine, 1 serving EVL Z-Matrix (ZMA), 500mg Lions Mane, 20mg liposomal apigenin, 1000mg NAC, 1000mg Valerian root and some nights I take Super Sleep which contains melatonin, more l-theanine and 5htp.

Does the Hugh night stack bomb REALLY help? I found it made a noticeable difference but it wasn't a cure.

I eventually added DSIP which actually worked for me. I observed an increase in the amount of time in REM/deep sleep (which the apple watch has trouble differentiating).

In the end I went from waking up every night in a pool of sweat, averaging 4 to 5 hours of light sleep every night to maybe having that horrible outcome once a week. Most nights I got 5 to 6 hours of sleep with about half being REM/Deep.

At 4mg I occasionally have a bit of sweat at night but very minimal comparatively. I also can easily get 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night now.

I've been off the DSIP for a couple of months but continue with the night time stack.

I don't know how the tren crowd does it.

In any event, I hope that helps.

Wow, that’s a massive protocol. Did you ever try switching to tirz to see if that made any difference?

I've been off the DSIP for a couple of months but continue with the night time stack.
So, I bought it from Wwb and I'm waiting for it to arrive. From what I've researched here on the forum, I haven't seen people saying good things about DSIP, that it works, but I'll test it anyway.
My protocol will be: 300mcg 3 days on 1 day off for 21 days and then 7 days of rest.

I had a bad sleep already and reta made it worse. From 3 to 6 milligrams it impairs a lot my sleep, now at 1,5 it still does but not much. Taking a ton of sleep supplements haven't done jackshit. Gaba, high dose melatoning, magnesium, zinc, glycine, l-theaning, aswaghanda..all together with zero positive impact.

You could try Mirtazapine.

I was very close but honestly i'd like to avoid psych meds unless it's really necessary. I'd prefer to switch to tirz though than having to run a med for that long. I took some zolpidem (Ambien) half pill dose for 2-3 days a week for 2 weeks to help a little and that's it. I think mirtazepine could help but it's the last resort.

Im no MD, but i think low dose Mirta does not harm you. If i had to chose i would take Mirta before any Benzo.

Are you not thinking of using DSIP?

I never did no. I have a significant stash of reta so I am committed. It is also insanely effective for me, I love it. I just hate how it messes with recovery. I specifically like how it increases metabolism and view the sleep issues as a price of admission. Fair point though, I should really consider tire once my stash runs out (in a few years lol).

I took 300mcg until the 20mg i had was used up. After stopping I found the benefit to be lasting but now after a couple months off it is starting to fade and I am getting less deep sleep. I might hop back on now that I am thinking about it.

I've read a number of posts where folks claim it doesn't work. Fair enough, I'm sure it doesn't work for everyone. However, I would point out that the effects are subtle. It's not like taking a benzo or traz or something. Literally the only way I could tell it was working was by monitoring the feedback from my apple watch and I suppose feeling more rested upon waking.
