SS-31 doubled REM sleep from 1hr to 2 hr. HRV 34 to 56.

First 2 pics show improved REM sleep with 20mg of SS31. 3rd is representative of what my REM sleep has been for past month
was this on the first night of testing this or over time? i tried last night 20mg 30min before bed, empty stomach, only thing my garmin shows is terrible sleep, many restless moments and my hrv dropped 5 points

It was on the first night. Your result and my 3rd night infer that this hypothesis is false. Thank you for trying and reporting.
 
was worth a try. at this point i'd drink used motor oil if you told me it would give me just 1 good night of sleep (not the eternal kind)

yeah, insurance playing game with the sleep study my doc prescribed. he wont prescribe sleep meds until after that. time for india to step in, ordering everything sleep related and see what sticks

You can get an at home sleep study done.
They send it to your house and you hook it up yourself.

If an apnea diagnosis affects your job, you can use a fake name for the test.
They send you both the results and rx.

i did see this before but i think when i looked into it there was no insurance for the cpap if prescribed and you buy it through them. i guess i never looked into it further to see if that same script could be used elsewhere that i'd be covered for it. the test itself is cheap enough, the cpap's can get pricey though

they give you a diagnosis or rx
you can bring it to your doc
tell him you are diagnosed
then go through him for a cpap.

cpaps are pricey indeed.
 
I took SS-31 (25mg) sq injection before bed.

Tried because this quote on reddit.

I take Klow every night also. I will try with ipa tonight. I did take tesamorelin/ipa previous night.I have to get some oxytocin.

This was just one 90 Excellent sleep night. But my sleep has been fair 73 for weeks.
Love SS-31. My source stopped selling it. Where do you get it from?
 
Ive been on 5 mg’s daily of SS-31 in the am with 2 mg of tesamorlin pre bed all this added to my 200 mg of trt. Best I’ve ever felt in a long time. Recovery is on point.
 

This seems to go against type-IIx's advice that HGH and secretagogues will work regardless of fasted state or not. Also that the best time to use HGH for fat burn is 2-3 hours before workout.
I'm my own experience this is true. But I don't like to take them around food bc I start to notice insulin resistance if I screw up the diet and overeat
 
cant disagree on the carnivore/keto argument, the 14 months i did carnivore i was very strict about it. after the initial "keto flu" symptoms my brain was firing on all cylinders, mental clarity was without a doubt at least double what it was previously, i had sustained energy that seemingly never ran out, sleep was amazing.
downsides however, that sustained energy was sustained for a normal load, lighter workouts, some cardio. trying to do heavy workouts is where the cracks really showed without any carbs. cholesterol obviously another issue, those numbers all went up higher than i'm comfortable keeping them at regardless of how many youtube carnivore doctors say its perfectly fine.

as soon as i was back on a balanced diet with carbs, brain fog came right back, no more steady energy levels, sleep terrible, but gym gains undoubtedly improved which was no surprise. for me carnivore served its purpose, dropped over 120lbs in less than a year and its stayed off but i wouldnt try staying on carnivore as a permanent diet plan. wish i could have that mental clarity and sleep back though
I would also stay on carnivor or at least ketodiet if i wouldnt....well... be doing bodybuilding.
Especially in the morning meaning for breakfast carbs are terrible for my mood and general brain. Thats why i almost eat none carbs in the morning (only about 15g as oatmeals and even that is a leftover from when i was training in the morning after breakfast, so you just reminded me that i might move even thos little carbs)
 
You do not take them on a fasted state as lomg as you vombine GHRH with GHRPs. In contrast to these instagram idiots who can barley read studys not to mention actually understanding them, i actually do. Besides the fact that even with solo GHRHs and GHRPs results are mixed, all studys demonstrate that combined, food has no negative impact on GH release in one study the group with good even had a statistical significant higher GH release (dont forget the alpha-error though)

Take my word as somebody who read and understood the whole study and let me tell you that type-IIx's is right. It doesnt matter. Tge evidence is thin for GHRHs and GHRPs on their own and non existance or even contraindicating the claim that food bill blunten the GH release
