Retatrutide dosages

It varies and can be really individual. Would always start with 2.5mg and then up the dose 2.5 -> 5 -> 7.5 -> 10 and so on until you found your sweet spot. For the hunger suppression you might need to go with a higher dose in general

I started my girlfriend on 1mg first week to test the waters, everything was good so I put her on 2mg for 6 weeks and she was a great responder so then went to 4mg for 6 weeks then 6mg for 8 weeks and she is currently down 55 lbs and close to her goal. I have her drinking lots of water, protein and working out with bands etc. No side effects at all but some itching skin which has not been a huge problem.

Hi, im looking to order some reta

Thing is id like some help regarding dosages etc

Could someone help me out please

Thanks
Have you taken any other GLPs? Or will Reta be the first? Eli Lilly dosed 2, 4, 8, then 12mg during their trials. If this is your first GLP start at 2. Stick with that for 3-4 weeks. It takes that long to build up in your system. If after 3 or 4 weeks you are not losing weight, or not noticing any hunger suppression, then increase again. Of course don’t increase if you are getting bad side effects at any dose.

As far as your order. But the 20mg or 30mg kits. You will go through those vials quickly once you increase your dosage beyond 2mg a week.

Reta makes some people (me included) crave sweets. It’s random but happens about once a week. I just do not keep sweets at the house. But as Nidus is suggesting a lot of gastrointestinal issues from GLPs is caused by dietary choices. Eat healthy. Eat small meals. Stay hydrated. That helped me a lot.
One of my problems are sweets

Snacking is a problem for me , i was hoping it will help stop that

What do ppl prefer tirz or reta

For the most effective appetite suppression use Tirz or Sema. IMO Sema is even more appetite suppressing than Tirz, but if you "eat beyond your appetite", Sema will punish you until you learn to only eat when genuinely hungry.

In some ways, for those who stress or emotion trigger eating, this carrot (reduced appetite) and stick (physical suffering if you eat when not actually hungry) can make it the most effective of all GLPs.

Tirz will significantly reduce appetite like Sema but in terms of sides is gentler and has additional health benefits.

This is just my opinion. Tirz is great for weight loss. It is really effective and for most people comes with less side effects than Sema. Reta is a bodybuilder/weightlifter GLP. I am able to eat for more for gains and eat less for cuts. It also helps a lot with insulin resistance if you are using GH. If I wanted to lose lots of weight fast I’d stick with Tirz. I switched to Reta after I had lost all the weight I wanted to lose. I lost 45 pounds in 3-4 months on Tirz.

Tirz is amazing for glucose management. When using a ton of GH i could imagine that Jardiance could also be of great help there.

Given the studies about Homa improvement of Retra i would say Retra is the number one for people with poor Homa and Hba1c.

If i had easy access to Retra i would run 10-15mg a week or so for sure.

I like to experiment with glucose management stuff in general and that is defo up my list once i used up my tirza stock and got access to good retra

People do take Retra and its usually the first choice but its quite expensive and difficult to source. At least in Europe.
Only negative thing that puts me off is the increased heart rate people report.
Ive got a link for someone in china , so the cost is nothing

Just cant deal with the reflux and stomach cramps from tirz
