Reverse Grip Short Bar Tricep Pushdowns

I usually use Reg grip short bar push downs on back/shoulder days. The last few weeks Ive been doing reverse grip short bar pushdowns and they seem to really hit the whole tricep more then rope/V bar-pushdowns. Even better using slow retractions really get the blood pumping and activate the bicep and forearm as well.

Anyway it’s new to me and just wanted to share my experience.
 
Agreed, I love these for a change up. Also reverse grip lat pulldowns to hit a bit more bicep and still getting the back.
 
I've been trying reverse grip push downs lately, single arm. Does seem to hit the entire tri. I also like to turn my hand different when I do over head db extentions. Instead of pinky up, I do knuckles up. If that makes sense. Seem to feel it better that way.
