I’ve always been big into weighted dips and pull-ups. Recently I’ve been experimenting using the slight incline (middle grips) doing weighted reverse grip pull-ups. I was repping sets of 8 with a 50lb kettle bell. Its really hitting delts, front and rear, biceps, forearms and lats.
What a great all around movement that I don’t see enough people doing. It works even better if done properly by exploding up dropping almost all the way down with a slow decent.
A simple yet effective strength movement.
