Week 1-10 Clen 2 weeks on/2 weeks off
Week 1-10 - Deca 300mg/week.
Week 1-10 - Sus250 500mg/week
Week 1-04 Tren 50mg ED
Week 5-10 - Winny 50mg ED
Week 5-10 - T3 Increase to 75-100 then taper off
I wanted some input from some experienced bros. As of right now this is what I am considering for my next cycle.
I am 28, 5'10, 210 lbs, 20%BF. I was in great shape 8 months ago but I seperated my shoulder in a rugby game at the end of my last cycle. I wasn't able to work out at all for the next 4 months due to the pain and I gained about 20 lbs of fat. I was able to keep quite a bit of the muscle but lost all def and alot of strength.
I have been back in the gym about 4 months now. I havent had any pain or discomfort in my shoulder for the last month and have been able to lift very heavy and hard. (well it is heavy for me now...wasnt 8 months ago) I think I am ready for a cycle. How does this one sound. I want to initially gain some strength back but mainly I am looking to lean out again.
