rhGH injection timing with retatrutide

Generally, the reccomendation for to administering rhGH before bed is subq abdomen ~2h after a meal, so that the insulin curve is starting its descent.

After a meal, with GLP1s such as Retatrutide, gastric emptying is slowed and the insuline curve flattened, with it staying elevated for longer.

That said, as an example, what's the earliest time i can inject rhGH and go to bed after eating at ~7pm the following meal: 430g sweet potato, 220g haddock, 60g avocado, 100g broccoli (C102g F10g P50g 730kcal) for optimised fat loss? Let's assume no much physical activity is done (ie resting).

Brah with Reta your food stay in your system way longer, so that 2-hour rule no really work. If you grind at 7pm, just shoot your GH like 10:30–11pm — that’s when your insulin finally chills out and you get the best fat-burn out of it.

Why are so many people overthinking the timing of GH? It's really simple. Take the shot whenever it is convenient for you, and stop worrying about the timing of food, reta, etc. I've used it every which way imaginable and it makes no difference at all in the results. As far as Reta, at 2mg per week it keeps my FBG normal no matter how much GH I use up to 10iu. That's taking the full dose of GH at bedtime.

I have tried GH all in the morning, all before bed, split between the two, split into 3. Never noticed much of any difference if the total dose stayed the same.

I'm currently having a very small meal/breakfast then taking my gh within 20 mins. Will take reta at the same time. Next meal will be about 5 hours later
