Right side flank pain / tightness

Hey guys I’m currently on 1000mgs of test a week 20mg of d bol , dropped the d bol about a week ago been jus on test … anyways I’m having this right side tightness feels like a stitch that won’t go away .. tried foam rolling etc it’s super painful/tender underneath the back of the ribcage but I’ve had blood/urine and X-rays and they all show normal .. I’m convinced it’s kidney related what should I do lol ? It’s kinda radiating to my right shoulder also

If renal blood work (sodium, potassium, creatine, urea, eGFR) is ok and you're pissing normally it's probably not kidney. I wouldn't worry too much right now but if the pain gets worse, takes your breath away, or wakes you up at night, see a doctor or NP.
