Its so expensive but i am sure its totally worth it! I think the tricky part is just finding a mask that fits your face well and doesnt bother you too much with sleep itself or?
Nah just getting used to it. I got a full face mask since I mouth breathe
 
Feeling good. Checkins are tomorrow morning and today is leg day. Yesterday was a doozie. This is my first time getting peeled and boy oh boy the hunger hit. Part of it though!

Can you give us a picture of what leg day (or leg days if you have different days with a different focus or training) look like?

Good evening guys. I really appreciate that often times I don’t see the progress, but I’m sure that’s a flow we all have. I believe that I’m truly coming into my own as a bodybuilder or what it truly means to be a competitive body boat even though I’m not doing a show. Usually on people’s first prep, they always say you’re smaller than you think and you always fatter than you think and in this instance, I agree and I disagree. The leaner I get the bigger I am and the more muscle I realize I actually had versus wherever I was fluffier of course with Luki you will never be fat during all season so I am very excited about that as I feel a excuse, bloodwork, even worse.

Yeah, below, I will reply with my current leg day is a very, very similar to the dude who has a log about hitting his weight cap for classic because we coach both by Luki. But I also believe it’s just the ability to go to that place when you’re doing legs And understanding a stretch and understanding different ideals when it comes to that.

-leg ex – UP and DOWN set 5 reps: got to 190x5pr✅


-leg press – ramp 12 : 100lb plate 2 45s 25x7pr✅


-hack sq 1x8-10,1x12-15 – set nr. 2 are 1 and 1/2 rep set 2pps 5x 8pr✅, 25 5 each side pr✅


-abductor 2x50: 135x20pr✅


-split SQ 1x10-10-max(1 big droppset) 100,45,35,25x10pr✔️ 3sets




I’ll also have two hamstring movements on my pool day because my hamstrings are kind of lacking. I have a single leg lying curl on my pool day and a hip thrust.

Yeah haha quite similar, but we have different volume, on our pull and legs days, I have more hamstrings for pull, but less intensifiers on legs for cutting. For example I don’t have cluster sets for hamstrings or drop sets for split squats, but you are able to keep them while cutting.

Exactly! Program works so why change it!
 
You had a study done, but did you get your CPAP via prescription or buy it privately? If you don't mind sharing, which model did you get?

The wait for a sleep study here is about a year, and I’m checking many sleep apnea symptom boxes. I’m considering just buying an AirSense CPAP privately, but I’d have to adjust the settings myself without study results.

yes I just bought one bc of wait time etc. got the ibreeze cpap/apap was like 500 bucks
