Road to first show

First checkin with luki. 191 and some change. Feeling good. Ready to get peeled.

He immediately dropped half the drugs I was on and upped some. Irritability is gone. Finally having some emotions again.

Getting leaner by the day.

Threw around 225x9 on incline yesterday. Could’ve went for 10 but I’m petrified of the incline barbell.

That’s a 2 rep increase from 3 days ago, and getting leaner. It seems loading and optimizing the peri workout window is what’s best for my fat loss/muscle gain
