Roelly is... small?

Holy crap! Roelly has lost a lot of size! There are a couple guys on that stage holding as much mass if not more than he is! He looked like he was gonna be a contender at last year's Olympia. He was massive and looked shredded for once the week before the event, the came covid.

Now he doesn't look like a top 5 guy anymore :oops:Screenshot_20210724-151859_YouTube.jpg

What we see in pics and video doesn’t do justice to in person.
Of course but it's really apparent l from all the posing pictures I've seen so far from the Chicago pro that Roelly is drastically downsized from his prior form he was sporting the last 5 years. CstwzZMWcAAcZVU.jpgScreenshot_20210724-151820_YouTube.jpg

I can guarantee u like no where near what Roelly looks like -
LoL. I never even claimed that or even hinted at that. Roelly is my favorite bodybuilder active today so don't come at me all stupid I'm simply stating what I see.

He finished 5th today in a lineup that most people wouldn't know anyone outside of Roelly and Labrada so I don't think I'm the only person who noticed a noticeably smaller Roelly.

Maybe he was trying to come in more conditioned and i back fired

Yeah just like the times Kai Greene seemed so well conditioned then come show time he's fallen apart. Roelly is no slouch though...something must have gone awry with his conditioning plan.

Couple things I can tell you all for sure:
1. Roelly WAS small for his standard. Like significantly downsized; theories about gym access and/or an injury. Roelly can’t win without being massive because he isn’t known for structure or conditioning. This is important to acknowledge; winning can be just as much about the guys you’re competing against as it can be about how you’re measuring up to your own norm/expectations based on previous showings.

2. Photos don’t do ANY pro justice, but comparatively you can see Hunter and basically everyone else on stage being able to stand next to Roelly without being overshadowed by mass. Everyone on that stage looks like a 5’9 basketball of muscle in person.

I actually think he's better for it. He had so much muscle on his frame that it all sorta squashed into each other. He has better detail and separation now he's dropped size and his waist is a million times better

I agree with wildcat here. Roelly has a watery back usually which doesn't have any major separation or detail and the same goes for his lower body. If he's gonna beat top pros he's gonna have to beat them with size and freakiness because the other guys are going to beat him with detail and separation of they are of equal size.
