Look, there is no way to get 3x test e Hilma from our warehouses for your cycle at this point. If you look over the internet now - the only option you will find now - is a reseller. If you feel you want to disclose your data there - that is okay,since we work with these people anyway.
If you asked me - i would say 'Send the list of items, maybe our partner can ship these items from their location'.
Unfortunately you cant use the same locations for safe and discrete shipping.
Everyone finds their spot.
We dont ask to sell on our behalf, not at this thread. We asked to warn people so they don't think they lost the money. That's logical.
What hackers might want from a hacked account? Either to scam customers or ask money to return the account.
Obviously i cant prove the second part, but regarding the first one - no one got scammed from our email or any other contact.

We are being honest so thats why we dont choose the easy way. We could disappear and pop out in a while. But that would be unfair towards customers who already made their payments. None of our managers had possibility to contact their customers.
We cant afford ourselves to use mobile phones anymore, too risky. Thats the main reason why we currently cant use wickr. Everything should be fixed soon.
No, the story wont change. This is not the place for other source promotion.

You have addressed none of the issues, and with each post you are making things worse and worse. It's clear you don't have any answer, you are only asking for fools to give their money and personal info. You might be scamming for the money, or you might actually be law enforcement trying to get their hands on the juicy bulk customers.
You want to make this right? Refund every single bulk order you haven't sent, and then resume business with the smaller orders. If I were one of the bulk-order guys, I wouldn't want your products anymore, too high a chance that you'd just send shit or fakes, I would just want a refund.
Then, after you've proven you're not trying to scam anyone and have sent back the payments for all the orders you haven't sent, sit quietly in your corner and wait until you fix your shit and can resume business with the smaller orders.
But please, feel free to just fuck right off instead.
Most of the questions were answered long ago. We dont need to go through them over and over again.
All these measures that we take are required to make shopping experience more secure.
If we were law enforcement or scam - whats the point telling that we got products out of stock or that we cant ship anything now?

Everyone is free to have their refunds, just need to write an email. Currently we cant go on Wickr or Telegram. Should be fixed by the end of this week.
I may open a whole new world to you, but if wholesale is bread - then retail is bread with butter and caviar on top of it with practically zero financial risks. Yet we refuse to take retail orders at the moment. More shipments from 1 location - more risks for final buyer, which includes wholesale customer.

Hello. We are trying to open new locations specially for retail orders. Currently for safety reasons we had to abandon retail shipments directly from our warehouses.

Have you ever seen a scammer who gives refunds and refuses to take orders or has something out of stock? If its an exit scam - then pretty dumb one.

Dude honestly- Changing business in a way that only BIG orders are allowed...followed by weeks of explanation why they are not being shipped....while still saying we are open for wholesale orders...while resellers will do the rest.... Does look in this business, on this forum....as an exit scam... Like sorry, but talking and talking- and only taking big orders....LOOKS LIKE ONE. You need to start sending bulk orders people payed for- please stop avoiding this reality... YOU NEED TO START FULLFILLING ORDERS.... why is that so hard to understand?

We never took orders knowing we cant ship them.
We took pre-orders warning customers that they will be shipped after stock update - yes.
We took orders thinking that we can fulfill them fully but due to high demand we couldn't and refunded the customer for the missing part - yes.
Yet there is not a single person here stating he has actual problem with us. (only one person few pages ago who placed small retail order through bot and it got canceled, he already contacted us and we are waiting for his BTC wallet)
Seems like you know more than we do about our orders not getting shipped
I told already that currently we are closed for new orders and asked not to place them through our bot until further notice.
Everyone is already personally warned that they can get a refund, you shouldn't be worried about them, they prefer to wait.
Im not speaking about any other seller you can find over the internet. Im responsible for contacts stated in this thread and currently im keeping everything fair and square and will proceed to keep it that way.

I believe hilma here- is THE BOSS hilma... I ordered from OFFICIAL RESELLER, that can be found on hilma site. There is no direct selling on hilma site itself. But wholesale orders, are supposed to be fullfilled ALL from hilma warehouse.

I dont KNOW per say...But why does that matter? Warehouse is sending ALL wholesale orders...all big ones... Its not reseller that got into trouble you guys.....its main source Hilma. Its not just this reseller.
