Rough body fat guesstimate M 27 6ft 0in 167 Lbs. keep cutting or can I start bulk soon?

Perfect time to start eating a lot, I mean a lot. You have a long frame to fill out, at your height you might need 30-40 lbs to look decent.
 
what do you mean keep cutting? you have the same amount of mass as a high school kid.

if youre on any peds at all, drop them and learn to eat in a surplus before you do anything else.

I started off 205 and fat. I dieted down to this. I know it looks like shit but it’s better than where I was. I take 200mg test. Clinic wanted to prescribe it but I sourced it myself due to cost. I’ve been under the impression I needed to lose fat the entire time so that’s what I did. I was just wondering if I’m ready to bulk that’s all but the answer seems to be overwhelming yes which I am very happy about. Eating a surplus is no issue for me.

Don’t neglect training too. Progressive overload and a sensible training split that allows ample recovery time will ensure you have stimulation for muscle growth.

I’ve been consistent 6 days a week PPL for almost a year even though it doesn’t look that way lmao, and can honestly say I haven’t skipped a day (except a full 7 days due to injury at work) My routine does need work though. I’ve been doing the same old routine with dumbbells the entire time but I’ve added a lot of machine, barbell, and cable stuff on top of what I already do since I started going to a gym. The workouts are getting pretty long now though, almost at 3 hours with cardio, so I think I’m going to start working on finding what’s best and condensing them down.

You did the best thing. There's zero chance to make a win out of a bulk if you're already fat. Cutting sucks if you don't carry much muscle mass, obviously. But trying to add muscle mass while you're fat it's just counterproductive.

Now you're in a good spot to start bulking. If you're still in a deficit start with a reverse, add gradually calories. Don't go from eg 1800 to 3500. Give your body the time to adapt on each increment, find your new setpoint of maintenance and then start adding calories on top to create a surplas (carbs preferably if fats and protein are dialed in perfectly) by 10% each time.
 
Buy the RP strength hypertrophy program and if you can swing it diet program. It’ll take ALL the guess work out, you just do what it says and you’ll grow.
