Routine Critique On vs Off

Hey guys,
Had a couple of questions... Im currently running:
Test E 400mg/ wk
EQ 400mg/ wk

IM on my 8th week now..... I have 2 more weeks then im running prop at 150mg/EOD for 3 weeks.

My current routine is this: (been on for 8 weeks as well - one body part per week going heavy - 6-10 reps)

Mondays: Chest - Bench/Incline/Decline/Crossovers hi and low, pullovers
Tuesdays: Back - Deadlift/Pullups/low row/high row/T-bar/Back Ext
Wednesdays: OFF
Thursdays: Shoulders - Military Press, Lat Raises (Sides, Front, bent over) Arnold Press, Shrugs (front, benhind back, bumbells)
Fridays: Legs - Squats/Leg Press/Hack/Leg Ext/Leg Curl/Hip Abduct (In and Out)
Satrudays: Arms - Straight bar curl/Preacher/Hammer/Incline/Close grip bench/Skull crush/tricep pushdowns
Sundays: OFF

I have achieved very good gains, and have put on some solid size. My question is this..... I will be switching to prop in 2 weeks... looking to cut up a little while on it...I have started cardio back up, was wondering if I should just stay with current routine or switch it up?

Also... Had a question about off cycle: When my cycle concludes.. shoud i still push has hard as i am now, or should i lay off a little and go with higher reps? Keeping in mind that i wanna keep my gains and etc...

Sorry a little long... thanks for any adivce guys!

As long as you are still "on" there is no need to change your routine.

You didn't say how many reps you were doing now so it's difficult to say "go higher". rather than changing reps, I would suggest distributing your volume more evenly throughout the week. So, hit each muscle group twice per week instead of once. Split the volume over the two workouts.
