Hello all, i'm in some need for help with pullups and dips. I have the numbers already, around 15 for pullups and around 40 for dips but I need to add about 10 pullups and about 20-30 dips to my record. I usually do sets of pullups like so, 12 rep 10 rep 8 rep 6 rep or just 4 sets of 10 when I do a backworkout and the same for dips when I do my tricep workout. At the moment i'm about 160 lbs with probably 8-10 percent BF all clean no juice and im 20 yrs old. Any help will be appreciated.

Not sure why need reps for a "record", but since you are doing chins and dips for those numbers, have you given WEIGHTED chins and dips a thought?
