I have posted many times about the quality service I have received from Roxi.
Emailed promptly when money was received, T/A on product was usually sub 7-8 days. Last order, there was a delay, but I was promptly informed of the situation. Gear has been good, maybe a touch under filled (9 cc's instead of 10), but prices were so incredibly good, so what?
This time, I did not hear anything for a week. They posted that we should not ask about orders in less then 7 days, and I followed that rule. I did not get a confirmation of money received or notice of delivery by day 7. I could wait a while, no problem, but I promised someone something, and cannot follow through on my promise. I also had a rather large order for someone I am getting ready for a show. I emailed asking about the first order, explaining that I had to fulfill it in order to be able to cover the second order.
Here is the response I received:
"As most of you know we have shut down for a few days due to a glitch in the matrix. We are confident that we have fixed the problem and packs will be landing like wildfire. We expressed many to catch up the backlog due to the glitch being found mid PROMO.
Now pleeeease DO NOT EMAIL asking if, when, or were you expressed! Because you crackheads swarmed my email like a pack of locust (after I asked you very nicely not too) I have literally 100’s of emails to sift through (NO! you are not the one special custee who has some special connection that YOU alone are not included in this request!)
I am predicting re opening this weekend (if I can get through these emails) Now, if I continue to get swarmed with emails I will simply delete them. If it gets ridiculous I will simply delete the 100’s of emails you guys swarmed me with and you guys will be left to squirm that much longer. Those that think they are clever and try and bypass this request and email R2 don’t bother, they have been instructed to delete all emails until we officially reopen.
Look guys, I understand most of you have no idea what goes into an operation like this but it’s a lot of work. This is NOT a regular business, THIS is the black market…. Thank you for your cooperation! J"
I don't understand why I received this email, when I followed their rules to the letter. I also don't understand why I was not notified about the delay. I am going to now look like an idiot who does not keep his word. I am fairly confident that I will eventually get my package, but the question is, do I still want to do business w/ someone who has done a 180 in terms of his attitude. This is a common switch in this game, ugls give quality service/product and become successful, and once they are become successful they forget what made them good in the first place.
I while back, I decided I was not going to get any thing for anyone. I have had many people approach me, but usual talked them out of it. The guy I am helping now wants to win a big show, and the other is going to nationals. They are the only ones I am hooking up. The question is, do I want to do business w/ someone who likens me to a crackhead?
