As the title says, this will be my 4th blast, and my biggest goal is to get to a 600 lb raw, beltless, olympic squat. I'm starting 1 week from today. Other goals are a 675 deadlift, 335 push press, 405 paused bench, and 300 power clean. All of these are realistic goals I think.
Current lifts are,
Squat 405x11
Deadlift 440x10
Push press 255x8
Paused CGBP 275x8
Power clean roughly 270 max (by far my worst lift)
PEDs (hypothetically speaking, of course, since I don't engage in any illegal activity):
Eq: 500 mg/wk, wks 1-16
Test cyp: 750 mg/wk wks 1-8, 150 mg/wk wks 9-16
Tren: 175-350+ mg/wk wks 9-16
Clen 2 wks on/2 off during weeks 9-16
As the gear schedule implies, I'll be bulking for the first 8 weeks and cutting for the last 8, since I'll probably need to cut some extta fluff by then anyway, but I'll also be ending week 16 right around spring break time
lol
For training, I'll be using the Texas Method for everything but my uppet body pressing movements. For those, I'll just be doing a similar, simple 3 days/week deal with moderate volume and intensity. The overall goal is to make nice, slow, steady gains throughout the 16 weeks, as opposed to blowing up all at once.
Speaking of blowing up all at once, I haven't decided yet if I want to frontload the test in the first week, since I'm only running it high for 8 weeks. I'm leaning towards yes, but I'm not sure because I don't want to gain too much strength too quickly for my tendons/connective tissue/whatever to keep up. that has been a problem for me on previous blasts... All advice is welcome!
Edit: current stats are 6'2, 250 lbs
