Ruckin's 4th blast: chasing a 600 squat

Just got another power clean PR of 269x2x2 for the last workout of this blast! I'm pumped about how much my clean has improved despite cutting weight. I just weighed 240 fully dressed in my gym, although I know some of that is water lost from the clen. I'm about as lean as I've ever been in my life right now and it feels awesome!

For my next blast I'll probably go for a recomp while maintaining weight or a very slow cut to get rid of thse last 5-10 lbs of extra fat I can easily afford to lose. I think I'll be able to gain a lot more strength than this time, so hopefully yall follow along that one and it'll be more exciting.
