Yeah man I've seen that one, but from what I've read and YT videos I've watched the Ninja is the way to go. I believe the blades are longer and the motor has more watts.

And NO I'm not a Ninja shill, even though I sound like one.

Ya I need to look into the Ninja for sure then. I didnt know it had more power than the new version of the bullet. You know how us guys are....as Tim Allen from Tool Time would say....More Power ahh ahh ahh lmfao;):p

I'm about to hit the sack and I decided to step on the scale first in nothing but my shorts and was shocked to see it read 265

Probably helped that I have a full pizza, a can of chunky soup, and 2 pb & honey sammiches in my belly right now though lol

I like mixing fruit with my shakes post workout. Almost every blender I've used just sucked with frozen fruit. The ninja has mixed up everything I've tossed it's way

Oh trust me, I wouldn't go around telling people I weight 265 after weighing that at night lol. First thing in the morning after shit n piss weight is what I say I weigh. I just like to weigh myself before bed sometimes to see how much I lose overnight. I'll probably be down to 250 in a couple days

I have the smallest one they make. It only came with the cups. It's more than enough for my purpose. I just make enough for the shake I'm drinking at that time. The bigger ones would be nice if you were making a few at a time.

Holy shit I forgot home improvement ever existed hahaha

Power clean: 240x1x6
Press: 170x8,8,9
Squat (paused atg): 320x8x4
Bench: 260x10,10,11
Rack pulls: 455x5x3
Chin ups: 255x6,6,7
Db Shrugs: 85sx15x3 (~1 min rest)
GHRs: bwx8,10
Db curls: 45sx9,3,1 (rest-pause set)

So as you can see in my last post, the back pump I got from my squats was fucking crippling. It was unreal. I guess everyone goes through that when they use orals though, especially the first time.

As for my lifts, I was really happy with everything except cleans. My form was sub par on them. Gotta improve that on Thursday. I was really surprised with my bench though. I wasn't sure if I'd get all my reps going into it, and I ended up getting an extra on my last set, so that was exciting.

Do guys at your gym tell you you're nuts for doing all that it one session? I hear it all the time at mine.
Lol. Actually, no one in my gym that I don't already know from outside the gym has ever tried talking to me hahaha. I've been told more than once that I do not look approachable, just in general, let alone when I'm focused on my workout.

I was planning on training today but I tweaked something in my left lat on Tuesday, probably doing the rack pulls, so I'm gonna rest today and see if it feels fine tomorrow. No way am I gonna risk fucking myself up for one workout.

I've done that doing rack pulls before, like the very bottom of the lat, where it connects. I was good to go in a couple days. Freaked me out a little as do all little minor injuries like that. Does it hurt to breathe a little?

It doesn't feel like the very bottom of the lat, just kinda in the middle of it. And yeah if I take as deep of a breath as possible it irritates it a little. I can sorta tell it'll be fine in a day or two so I'm just waiting.

Back is still a little dinged up so I'm gonna wait another day... And I don't have a spare minute to lift today anyway so oh well.

In other news, I think I'm gonna stop doing the timed singles for my deadlift and replace it with just a standard set(s) of 5-10 for those days. I'll still be doing rack pulls on the same schedule.

I think you'll see much better gains like that.

What's your goal with the rack pulls though? In my opinion dropping them in favor of something like snatch-grip deadlifts or just more regular deadlifts at a lower intensity and beltless seems like a better fit for your goals.

With the snatch grip you're pulling though a full range of motion, actually a little increased range, the nature of the exercise kind of has a built in limiter to avoid taxing you too much which is great for volume work and you get great lat involvement as well. I don't know this for sure, but there might be some carryover to the power clean due to the similar grip.

With more regular deadlifts you get a lot more practice with the movement you're trying to improve and doing it beltless helps limit the weight a bit for volume work.

Something like 3x8, 4x6 or 5x5 of either or alternated on a different day than your regular deadlift day.

The rack pulls are overly taxing in my opinion and unless that's your sticking point it won't carry over well to your deadlift.

Just a thought from an outsider looking in.

I appreciate the input brother. My goal with the rack pulls is to get in more volume that'll carry over to my dl than I'd be able to do/recover from by just doing deads 3 times per week. And just for the record everything I do is beltless, never used a belt. Also I've always heard that racks are less taxing than full deads, and my lockout is a big weak point for me so that's my other reason for doing them.

I'm just assuming I wouldn't be able to recover from heavy deads 3x per week on top of all my squats though. I haven't tried it to know for sure.

Idk. Do you think I'd be able to get away with pulling heavy that much? I'll be the first to admit I'm good with programming how much deadlifting to do compared to the other lifts.
