Rest day today, I did just 20 minutes of light cardio and now I'm enjoying a whole pizza

Solid fuel for the gym tomorrow. I would've taken the pic before I started but I couldn't wait the extra 15 seconds lol.

Still hungry though so now I have to go make something :/

Maybe ya should try thick crust instead....nothing like a big wad of dough to make ya feel full.

So I had a crazy busy day today and only had enough time in the gym to get through half my workout, so I'll do the other half tomorrow.


Power clean: 225x1x6
Press: 160x8x3
Squat (paused atg): 295x8x4


Everything felt pretty easy, no grinders or anything too slow, good bar speed on every rep of every lift. I'm looking forward to finishing this workout tomorrow and getting in my deadlifts. Hopefully I'll have time on Friday to get back in the gym cause I'd rather not have to wait til Saturday.

In case anyone by chance was wondering, I haven't started doing sprints yet. I'll probably start incorporating them in a couple weeks, just giving myself a little break from all the running I've been doing the last few months.

Nah, this past summer I actually didn't do any sprint/speed work, just conditioning work done at submaximal speeds. And I don't do stairs either. Not that I have anything against them, I just don't happen to do them. I don't know where I could go near me to run stairs anyway even if I did wanna do it.

How about some hills (or mountains lol) instead of stairs?? It would suck if ya tripped on stairs...hills not so much.

Lolol I can easily picture myself tripping on stairs trying to workout. I'm a little in the clumsy side haha. I wish I could do hill sprints but there are no hills around where I live :/

I'll probably stick to the 40-60 yard range for my sprints.
 
Oh I forgot to mention that I also have 1000 mg of tne, so I'll be looking to use that for the first time. I'll probably do just 50 mg for my first try with it, whenever that will be. I guess I'll use it on training days I'm just not feeling that great? Idk, haven't put much thought into how I'll use it. Suggestions are more than welcome.

Just finished the rest of the workout I was supposed to finish yesterday. Everything felt great again.


Paused Incline press: 190x10x3
Deadlift: 425x1x10 in 7 min
Chin ups: 251x6,6,7
Db Shrugs: 70sx20x3 (~1 min rest)
Face pulls: 190x17,5,3,2 (rest-pause set)

Decent workout... Well everything was great except presses. I'm surprised I didn't get the 8x3, but I'm not worried about it. I'm sure I'll get it on Monday just fine. Cleans and squats felt great, gonna be adding weight to them on Monday no problem. Bench felt easy too. I ran out of time though so didn't have time for chin ups.

So today was day 8 and I don't think I'm feeling the dbol yet. I had that one back pump I mentioned the other day but hasn't happened again since.

This workout was great. Added weight to everything from last time no problem. Today is day 11 and I'm already up 20 lbs on my squat work set weight. I'd estimate my 1RM on my paused atg squat to be 400-410 right now, so that's pretty exciting.

I got a solid pump in my lower back doing squats and deads, so I guess the dbol is starting to kick in. It wasn't painful or keeping me from doing anything though, so I'm glad about that. Still taking 20 mg ED.

So as for diet, I'm thinking about starting to make shakes every day to help increase my daily energy intake. I'm thinking milk or chocolate milk and peanut butter with idk what else. Only problem is I don't have a blender so I'm not sure how I'll make it.

If you're just mixing up some milk, PB, powder, and maybe a little bit of ice a Magic Bullet would probably work. Which ya can get just about anywhere for $40.

If you're gonna be mixing up some whole fruits (frozen are the best), whole vegetables, big chucks of ice I would get the Nutri Ninja for around $80.

Nutri Ninji IQ is about $110. This is the one I've been lookin' at just haven't pulled the trigger on it...yet!!

I've used blenders in the past and the problem is there's so much of your shake gets stuck to the sides and the bottom you really have to eat it right out the pitcher you blended in. Its a pain in the ass bc of the blades at the bottom of the pitcher. These new fancy blenders ya ain't gotta worry bout that. :)

Lol you got me beat then. What are your plans? I'm strongly considering a 6 week low dose tren run next. I'd be nervous about trying the golden nectar but I'll probably need to cut some fat by that time.

I'm starting to feel thick again. Day 12 today, I looked down at my leg for a second when I was showering before and literally did a double-take. I thought jeez I don't remember it being this big lol.

Can't wait to lift tomorrow. This is starting to feel real good.
