Running....a sin in bodybuilding?

My phones lock screen is a motivational quote by j.j watts "success is not owned, it is leased and rent is due every damn day" I gotta open my phone for myfitnesspal so when I see that it helps me avoid having that extra oatmeal or yogurt lol

I used to run marathons. Ironically my introduction to strength training came from a pretty bad overuse injury.

I did do both for awhile but once my body weight went over like 185 running was no longer much fun.

I still do a good bit cardio but these days I keep it on the elliptical or bike. My knees were cranky when I ran at a bw of 125. At 225 it just isn't happening. I did out on a fair bit of mass while still running decent milage though
