Sagnastymuscles off-season log.

Hey everyone, currently in my bulk blast phase right now currently sitting around 205.
I will be switching over to OPTIS, I usually like to keep my cycles from the same brand so I can determine what works and what doesn’t it gives me a better unbiased opinion. Take bloods every 3 months currently. Health is in order my current stack is GK but I will be making the switch over to OPTIS to compare results on a dose depending scale with minimal to no variance to my training and diet.

Currently running:
700mg mast E per week pinning 100mg daily
525mg test E per week pinning 75mg daily
8iu HGH (black tops) split morning and night


Never really logged my food but
In the mornings meal one is eating

M1:
60grams of carbs from cream of wheat and 60grams of carbs from raisen

M2:
100grams of carbs from jasmine rice
8 whole eggs

M3: pwo
Mutant mass shake(4scoops)
40grams of carb from cinnamon toast crunch

M4:
8oz chicken breast
80 grams carbs jasmine rice

M5-6 same as meal 4


This next coming week I will be changing my blast to all optis gear and running his primo in place of the mast I’m currently on

A fairly lean jacked dude using a solid dose of Mast for a bulk?!?! Recently there have been serious haters on this forum against Mast. There's a number of guys who say it is worthless, has no anabolic effect, has only cosmetic effect but otherwise worthless. Looks like you feel quite different about it. We'll see if any of them respond here. It appears we have yet another real life example that they are wrong.

The mast is working good I will be changing it out for primo to see how much more I get out of that but I will be running relatively similar doses of the primo.
In my mind DHT derived do mostly the same thing , that may not be the case but I know they’re tissue selective or That is the narrative, anadrol can put on quality tissue fast the only down side being the appitite suppression and toxicity. I love using it in my mass phase the strength is unmatched, I just can’t eat on it that’s when I started using mast in place, not nearly as much strength on the mast but I’m getting good tissue growth slowly
 
Currently sitting 205 still
Meals have been adjusted
Currently meal 1 same as above
Eggs added to that meal removed from meal 2
Meal 2 is now chicken and rice at quantities listed above pwo meal is same and all subsequent meals following remain the same strength is still climbing linearly.
I have yet to make the switch to optis yet but here are some updated progress pics I am visibly more full and vascular.
There are some more changes that I will be doing .

Today was a chest day. I have a new coach we will be working in prioritizing my training to work on my weak points , and adjusting my gear protocol.

Chest workout as follows
Tricep rope 2 warmup sets
3 working setsStraight bar push downs full stack (190lbs)
Seated incline flys 2 warm ups 3 working sets 50lbs per side
Incline smith 2 warmups 2 working set 275 1 set 315 8-10 reps
Db press working sets 120lb and 130lb 12 reps
Warmup with 70s
Peck deck as a finisher

New coach implemented.
Currently prioritizing weaker muscle groups so that’s legs, back chest putting arms and shoulders on the back burner.
Current split is

Chest/shoulders/triceps( low volume with shoulders and triceps focus on chest)
Back/biceps(low volume biceps focus on back)
Legs
Rest
Repeat
This way I’ll be able to hit everything twice a week with two off days for recovery I was only doing one day off at first .
On both off days I will be doing cardio and abs.
No change to gear protocol yet but I will make sure to update with any changes

I have more than one gym membership. Only one of them goes past 100. In another I went to start warming up, and, wait, something is not right . . . Where are the 95s and the 100s???

So I go talk to the employee, he laughed and said they moved them, because I was the only one using them. They got an extra set of 20 and 25 because those were the ones used most often.

He showed me where to find the heavier ones, but now it is very inconvenient.

They’re decently heavy I can get quality working sets with them I try not to go fast and get deep range of motion my coach is having me adjust my depth with them and elbow positioning so im just ever so slightly wider to bias more chest recruitment. My current gym has up to 150lbs my secondary gym I’m unsure how heavy there rack goes.
Main gym has two racks of every size going up in increments of 5lb up to 100lbs then had 1 set of each 105,110,115,120,125,130,140,150 so we’re missing a few but no one ever uses anything more then the 100s and in all honesty I never really even see anyone using those.
 
To update everyone my protocol will be changed. Starting tomorrow.

My coach lowerd some doses of mine and added in a compound.
Test has been Lowered to 500mg/week
Mast has been lowered to 400mg/week
Added in Npp at 150mg/week
Still doing daily injections and these doses more then likely will change as time goes on.
 
I’m about 5’11 so not super tall not super short I’m kinda in that weird area
Wow, you look great for that weight. I would have guessed quite a bit heavier if there was a photo, statement of 5'11" and no weight. Like 220-230 . . .

And you have quads and hamstrings . . .

Maybe helium in your bone marrow or something is throwing off the scale. LOL
