Same dosage while blasting or increase every few weeks?

Hello, I know this has already been posted often but I'm still not sure.

What makes more sense (mainly for muscle growth), running the same dosage for 20 weeks or starting lower and increasing every few weeks?

Simple example: 600 Test and 300 Primo for 20 weeks vs starting at 300/150, then 450/225 after 6 weeks and after another 6 weeks 600/300 for the remaining blast.
 
I would titrate it up, although at those dosages I would probably just do 300/150 then go to full dose after 6 weeks or so. Ramping from zero to 100 on dosages usually results in RHR elevated higher. I think RHR is second only to BP as a long term marker of heart health. The higher the dosages the more gradual Id ramp
