Sampei Brewing Journey

Man those are some big labels that we're talking about 10ml vials. You better make sure you're using Wheaton headspace vials as tgey are the tallest or equivalent to the tallest 10ml vials Out there. If you go with a RLS shorty vials from MLS you might have to cut that height in half. Personally I think 45mm x 20mm is perfect. Any bigger than that, and you'll have no room for error while putting them on the vial.

Don't take this the wrong way. I'm not saying my way is the right way or that I know everything at all. I'm just trying to help
shit I just need the Avery # of what works perfect with 10ml vials lol.. ill continue using my basic ass NIIMBOT until then.. I just wanted color and shit.

I’m considering grabbbing some, I’ll send you what I get when I do.

How long should brews in mig840 last theoretically? Don’t want to over produce
a very fucking long time because mig840 doesn't go rancid or if it does it takes like 5+ years but I have used oils that weren't mig840 after 5 years and they were fine. So Mig840 hypothetically a very very very very fucking long time. I bet 10 years still fine.

Cool I’m trying to figure out how much to break down all these raws… I’m thinking 10g increments but that’s going to be a bitch and a half for a kilo

50/100gr it's good. or make one of 500gr and than the rest divided by 50/100

Can you explain what you mean by big labels? The standard size for most sticker labels are 60x25mm or even 60x30mm as Sampei said. This is the most standard 10 ml vial used by many companies as an example. On it is a 60x25mm label. Personally, i find it small myself, and would go for the slightly bigger 60x30mm label.

That Pharmaqo primo is soooooo smooth! Lol sorry I have a fetish with Pharmaqo LOL.

would you say vigorous steves comments about mig840 being a poor choice due to it being a derivative of propylene glycol unfounded?

i want to dabble into hb but im unsure if it's worth buying mig vs regular MCT oil or castor oil. it's test e fwiw.

So, yes this is probably exactly what I Was talking about which is Wheaton head space Or one similar in size, which are one off, if not the largest 10ml vials they make. These are 23mm in diameter, and 75mm tall. If you were to go to Med lab supply, let's just say, and bye their regular 10ml vial it is 24mm x 54mm.

Oh yeah that's your question I think

Quite a bit shorter.

Then for the people who like short vials So they can fill them to the top. ThevZrls Shorty vials are only 22mm in diameter x 40mm Tall.

I think I told you guys what my label Dimensions were already, and believe me, it just makes it much easier when applying them. The less room you have to work with, the harder it is to do. Basically the bigger the label, the harder it is to get it perfect, Every time.

Look I've going through every single thing that you guys are going to go through, and I don't mind making it easier...

You are wrong those are not 75mm tall. QSC has tall 10ml vials, pharmaqo hasn't. Later I'll measure few vials I have.

Anyway 25mm tall label on a 54mm vials is not like you don't have much space to work with.

And 45mm length is horrible btw. Standard labels of 99% of the UGL are 60x20mm or 60x25mm

Lol. You know what you're right. What do I know. I apologize for trying to help. Good luck...

Okay maybe that pharmacon vial is not a Wheaton headspace or the same size as one, but here is a picture of a Wheaten head space with a label that is 50mmx25mm, and does it fit? Yes it fits, but it becomes a bitch if you're putting on more than say 10 labels at a time because there is not much room for error.

But again what do I know....
