Sarting Dbol....what to have with it...HELP

Hi Guys...i never ever tested any kind of Anabolics till date. I only take whey, glutamine, amino acid and sometimes multi vitamins after the workout...thats it.

I am 5'11, 165 lbs, 20 years old and not very muscular thou. I wanna be very lean and muscular. Someone has adviced me to have Dbol. I have heart shaped blue colour dbol tabs from Thailand.

But Dbol aeromatizes....what should i have to eliminate/reduce its aeromatization properties.

Should i have anti-estrogen or anything else.

Please help....i'll highly appreciate your replies.

what you need is test enth or cyp and run it alone at 400 -500 mgs per week for 10 weeks

d-bol is not what you are wanting this time around

there sure are a lot of newbies wanting to do d-bol only cycles. dbol only cycles are crap. they give you good gains so your thinking to yourself, "this is awesome", then after you stop you loose it all and then your back to the guy in the gym to get more.

I suggest testosterone injections with those dbol tablets.

Deacon, what the guy needs is to go to the gym.

Start reading the stickies in the training forum. There is a wealth of information there that will help you to gain muscle naturally before you venture into AAS. Read up on the 5x5 program ans HST. In 6 months of lifting with a good program, you could easily add 20-30 pounds of muscle.

Thanx bros.....but ya know that m working out since i was 14 (not so serously thou) but from the last few months say 6-7 m working out on regular basis but the gains arnt satisfactory.

You guys adviced a test-booster...OK
but is it possible in early 20s that a test aeromatize to est.....or should i have an anti-estrogen with test-booster.

I have also heard about ecdysterone....if it works..??? or just SHIT

Please show me the way after all above i said.

Read Phreezer's First Cycle sticky above, son. All the info you need. Best to avoid all AAS until you're at least 23-25. You could still be in for a growth spurt. Have you asked yourself why it is you feel the desperate need to bulk up?

go to a doctor and get tested

but IMO the problem is in the workout - 16 sets for bi's? no wonder you are not gaining - and doing sets of 10's all the time? not gonna work for size and mass bro

I agree, the workout is your problem, not your test levels.

There is a thrad near the top of the training forum titled something like "hitting muscles 2x/wk." Read that thread, then read every sticky in the training forum. You need to hit the basics and your current program just isnt doing it. Youre wasting so much time, energy, and frustration by using a program that looks like it came from Mens Health. I would have you in the gym 3 days per week and absolutely no more than 4.

Sets 'o 10?

Oops. Doing sets of 10 is not the best way to build? Am I doing too much for too little:confused:?

I try to go the gym 6 days a week, alternating cardio, abs, & lowers with arms/chest/back, all possible machines & weights in 3 sets of ten (except cardio, of course). About a 1.5 to 2 hour intense workout each time. Wears me out, but I am certainly building & densing up even more.

I'm just a recreational lifter but even so I want the most effect for my effort.

I am 5'11, 165 lbs, 20 years old .....way too small and too young...

Steroids are not the easy way out,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you need to learn how to eat and train and put in the time naturally before you even think about steroid use.

5'11", 160lbs, and doing high volume workouts and in the gym 6 days a week!
Hell, that's the same reason I never gained over the years. Yes, I did get bigger when I bulked, and yes I consistantly got stronger over the years. However; if I could only do it all over again. I thought Muscle and Fitness and Flex workouts were the Word!! What a dumbass I was.

Your breakdown of routines as far as bodyparts and exercises look good. Mainly, you are just plain doing way, way, way too much volume.

Here's the deal! Cut your workouts by about 1/3, drop your cardio, try not to go over 30-45 min max on workouts.

Get on a fairly clean nutritional plan, eat about 1.5g of protein daily. The protein is a little low, but you said you wanted to be lean. I take that as you don't want big muscles.

Now the last point, recreational lifter??? Not that way for me, bro! It's a fricking life commitment!

Well Bros, i dint know if i was doing too much for too little. Thanx for all the help n i'll certainly look for a 4 wo/week schedule.

M a hard trainer no doubt, thats what everybody in gym say to me.

I lack basics of the muscle building science. M focussed enough in gym for exersice so i hope concentration to the exersice dont lack in me.

One thing! do ecdysterone work..??
i've heard sacking it with methoxy and 2gm/lb protein per day can give
dbol-deca like effects...how much weight this statement have..???or just SHIT

maaaaate.....
5'11", 160lbs!!?!?!???

Firstly I wouldn't do that workout any more...thats whats keeping you lean...
I'm not a BB and prob not as big as the other fellas here, but I was in your shoes wanting to get big without firstly getting the foundations....

Can't build a house on sand!

I haven't seen what is in the stickies but I'm bettin its' gunna be some good shit...
When building I only do 4-6 reps x3 sets and always failure...on anything...
If you can do 10 reps, the weight is too low...
What weights are you talking?? IE: how much can you bench??
Have you got a spotter? Someone bigger than you I found was good motivation...
Mix it up a little, look for size / strength gain workouts...on here, on the web.
I always, always go to failure on every exercise, few times you vomit but you get used to it...(just don't grunt and scream)
Eat, Eat, Eat. Right food at the right time....I think thats MOST important..
The carb / protien shake afterwards...
You may know these things but there pretty important I think...

There was a fella that put on 35lbs of lean muscle in that "Body for Life" book...poss see if that works for you??? I'm not sure what everyone else thinks but thats the approach I took to cut down...from 110 to 95 (245 - 209)
I couldn't put on lean with it....

Sir Lancelot, you're mixing up posts. The newby kid is 20 yrs & 160 lbs. I posted the comment about being a recreational lifter. I am a long, long way from 20. You have a "fricking life commitment"? Well, good on you, Bro, but never underestimate how intense re-creation can be for an strong-willed mature-type:rolleyes: like myself.
