Saying Hi & Thanks

Just thought it was time for an introduction. I've been lurking here for about 6 months, just started posting in another section about a couple of weeks ago. Btw, I do appreciate all who did respond to my previous posts.
I'm 50 years old and have been bodybuilding seriously for about 7, almost 8 years now. I'd worked out on and off most all my life. Around 30 got married and got lazy and slacked off for about 10 years. I'm a very hard gainer and have made a lot of mistakes along the way so that certainly didn't help my gains. Just within the past couple of weeks of being here I see many of the mistakes and miscalculations I'd made and with the advice of others where I can improve my gains or at least try.
Being a newb I figured I'd get my balls busted pretty well in my previous posts but really everyone has been so cool and helpful. I'd like to say thanks to everyone who posted. I hope to make some friends here and of course learn from a lot of you. Haven't tried any gear yet but looking forward to doing that soon and seeing how it works for me.
Anyway just wanted to introduce myself, say hi and I hope to be around here for a long time.

Welcome to meso. How about some stats an future goals you might have?

50 years old, 5'11" 180 pounds, 185 on a good day. My goal would be to get to 220-225 and keep some definition. I just don't want to gain weight for the hell of it but lean muscle. I have been working each bodypart 2 times a week, my first workout per bodypart the first part of the week I'm doing high reps, 20-30 and around 13-15 sets per BP. On my 2nd workout per bodypart during the week I'm going as heavy as I can keeping reps between 4-8 and sets still the same at 13-15. Doing cardio 3 times a week right now.
