Hey everyone, Just introducing myself. I'm Rob. I've hit a block in my gains. My strength, keeps increasing but my body just stays the same. Recent tests have also shown my T and free T are below average. Over the counter products have helped only a little. So I'm here to research and learn.

Hey thank you. and yeah. I'm 5'11 my weight keeps going from 188 to 192. I want to be 205 at least.

I've done wrestling, boxing, MMA for 10 years. I stick to mostly weight training, cardio, and yoga nowadays.

I do have a club foot and another problem with my left leg from the knee down there is 99% les s muscle than there should be. I work it out twice as much as my other calf but it stays the same and my right calf is now twice its size its funny to look at.

interesting there seems to be more research being done now focusing on muscle imbalances and correction especially in regards to professional athletes and injury prevention. Way above my head....

you have any AAS/PED experience?

Yea, I even looked into muscle implants but that would be around 5 grand so nope lol.

I have some history with HgH, and test boosters, but nothing major.
