They did get a little big for their britches pretty quickly. If it is (allegedly) just two guys, I could see how one vial gets overlooked in QC on a busy night. Those green tops are dogshit though. I popped a bunch of caps looking for puffy nipples the night after NippleGate and a couple didn't tear properly at the perforated inner ring. No puffy nipples though.

Yeah I had a couple sust that did the same thing re: crappy caps. I stopped checking after a couple of those since I knew what the outcome was going to be. Honestly on the fence about even asking for the 2 deca to be replaced, as I'd like to have them when I need them, but at this point I may just feel better getting them elsewhere.

2 vials of deca that weren't crimped. I took pics of the one, then checked the other and just pitched it all except for one of the caps/stoppers just in case it was needed for anything.

Plausible, I chalked it up to bring a reseller but this is just as likely. Making mistakes due to rushing to fulfill demand. End result is the same either way, product suffers. I like the OEP solution of hitting pause and getting caught up, but that doesn’t work for everyone.
The hardware has been shit but I get tossing material was a hard pill to swallow. Either way I hope they find a way to clean up the issues. Having a multitude of domestic sources is good for everyone.

That story was hilarious and does not surprise me at all tbh. Reminds me of this stroke patient we had, completely naked on the floor when we got there. She got moved from the floor to stretcher, stretcher to CT scan table, table back to stretcher, and finally stretcher to ER bed with naught but a sheet over her. Somehow on the last move an entire in tact pack of peanut butter crackers materialized from…somewhere. Never identified the source. Best I can figure she collapsed on top of them and they got lodged in a skin fold. They were stale, too.
