seizure EU

Last week I had a package confiscated by customs delivery from EU to EU.
There wasn't much equipment, maybe 10 10ml bottles.

has this already happened to any of you?
what do I have to fear?
a slap on the hand?

I'm afraid that my address will now be marked by customs and all my packages will be searched.

could that happen?

what is your experience? or is anyone in the same situation as me?

I thought packs within the EU didn't go through customs? Was it customs, or some other authority that seized it? Perhaps it was leaking?

Your address shouldn’t get flagged. I had a pack get seized and searched and found my gear in it and I ordered to that address many times after with success. I’m in the USA tho

I recommend to get a TRT prescription, so you won't cold turkey when in jail.

Jokes aside, if this is your first offense there will maybe be a fine for you but nothing serious. I would abstain from ordering, but in the end your parcels and letters are protected by law from snooping and to open your stuff it needs a sentence from a proper judge.

That's why I thought it must be a leak, and some agency other than customs involved, since it's EU to EU. Unless the vendor lied, which is always possible, but tracking should reveal that.

how do you know it was seized? The fact that you know is pretty good, because in some cases you get a knock by LE before you know it's seized. Do you have a clean house? Can they prove anything? I am a little neurotic when it comes to stuff like this but you could be fine either way.

from EU to EU I had a package seized
, almost nothing in it and a letter from customs 1 month later, a summons and a fine of 200 euros, bad luck for sure.. I was very scared, surely next time it will be more serious

The laws and regulations differ from country to country - even to whom recieves the seizure data from customs, at the policestation - I've got mixed signals from the police, I've had about 5-10 intercepts:
- Many love letters/ slap on the hand - 1 phone call + 1 penalty / fine of approx. 650,- euro (this penalty order contained tabs (Ai's) & vials, and every tab was 1 unit + 1 ml was 1 unit, so I was punished for 500 units :P )

My adress is flegged, 80-90 % is opened in '1 of the postal way points'

Just find a different courrier/ route, or order something that's not on the AAS list but looks like it on a x-ray, and check to see if your adress is flagged by customs - like Bac water in a vial or amp, Caber (exemestane and adex is often prohibited), MT1 or MT2, T3 or T4 etc..
- You will see if they have opened the parcel....
