I dunno about semenology, but in my line of work that's usually a bad sign.

His count is 8.8 million, most places would say you may have difficulty conceiving if it's under 20 million. He is making sperm however, so things such as IUI or IVF would be options. He also can keep trying, as its definitely Italy possible to conceive with that amount, just less likely.

You can see what that lab considers the bottom of the normal range in the next column. They say greater than 15 million for example would be in the normal range.
