Take the advice of previous posters who suggested that you need counselling. You are demonstrating classic immature, obsessive-compulsive, self-destructive behaviour. Don't discount the possibility that you are doing this deliberately in the hope that your wife will actually find out, or that you are doing this to hurt your wife, even though you actually love her.

Find a trained psychiatrist or psychologist, not one of these poorly-credentialled 'fly-by-night psychotherapists'.

Don't tell your wife until you've had a chance to ta'k this over with a professional -- if you do it the wrong way you may kiss your marriage good-bye.

Call the other women in your life tonight and tell them that it's over -- that you've made a decision that you can't screw around on your wife anymore.

Remember that every opportunity you take to cheat on your wife is time that you are taking from spending with your daughter.
