A little over 2 years ago I shattered both feet and ankles and was tol'd i'l never walk again but after a year in a wheelchair I am able to walk, I have not trained legs at all since the accident. There is no muscle at all in the right calf due to me not being able to raise myself properly using that side
The left side is fine I can raise myself of the floor no problem but the right side I can barely raise unless holding on to something and even then it is very little,any suggestions on building that calf
