Sheiko 29 percentages

Doing sheiko 29 i punched in the exact maxes for my lifts but i read up on it and some people are upping their training maxes especially bench and some are lowering them....any of u that tried those workouts what was ur experience. Also im new to high frequency training i mostly just always trained each lift once a week 3-6 sets 3-12 reps
 
310 for bench 300 for squat 405 deadlift ...... ivei mostly just always trained each lift once a week 3-5 sets 3-12 reps basically low-medium volume higher intensity always taking each set close or 1-2 reps shy of failure

Just plug those numbers in if they are maxes. If someone had to touch the bar to help you or your form was God awful then I'd drop them a bit
 
OK I have decided to do the work out just for squats my left shoulder is aching so all that benching would be detrimental plus I want to concentrate on my squat because it's stubborn I finished week one so far so good no soreness at all is that weird?
