Sometimes a package gets lost floating around a facility and then gets back on track days or weeks later and will make its way to the destination. I'm in NJ too but the couple sources I've used haven't come from NJ. Looks like a source within the state wouldn't be too different anyway tho because it'll all still go through one of the state's hubs and then to your local PO (which is where it seems to have gone missing). I'd imagine that Passaic has a fairly large volume of packages coming through vs a small town PO so it's likely it's still floating around the PO.

If you really want a source within NJ, best bet is gonna be asking some buddies at the gym where they get theirs or finding someone locally that's willing to resell to you at a reasonable cost.
