I bought my tren from a reliable underground souce and there is a ton of shit floating in some of the vials.I inject from em all the time and so far nothing has happened (knock on wood).

you could get a nasty abcess that would probably need to be operated on....

Refilter your gear with a .22 or .45 filter into a new and sterilized vial.

Easy....just take the tip off of another syringe and inject the liquid into the new syringe. Now...I'm assuming the piece of rubber is too big to get through the pin hole so everything should be fine. If the rubber is small enough to get through the hole then I would use a filter like the other bro said.
