Obviously you can tell who took first place lol. Here are a few more from before pre judging sitting right at 193lb in these. A moment of silence for the haters who said I would be 180 or below on stage

Just got a big food drop and a cardio increase going into the next show.

New diet adjustment is reducing carbs to 25g in all 5 meals so 125g carb a day, all other macros are the same.

Current peds:
175mg test c
600mg primo e
500mg mast e
250mg tren ace

Yes we are trying to bring the estrogen down pretty low so that’s why the ratio of test to primo. No ai usage needed in peak week this way.

Quick physique update. These are all taken over the past week or so and some as fresh as today at 4 days out.

Here are some unofficial stage shots from the show last night. Will have a lot more stage shots and back stage shots to post once they are available. Took home second place once again in men’s light heavies, so once again we were close but not quite there. So with that being said I will be switching to an off season before prepping again for another show.
