@tuffie whats up man. Saw your comment in the CC thread.

My injection frequency is every other day. I prefer more frequent injections in order to keep levels more stable. Due to this we don’t see a huge sky high multiplier like you would with a less frequent inj frequency but the line is more flat as opposed to spikes and dips.

Training is the same every week as far as training days and I do the same lifts every session. This close to a show I’m just holding onto the log book as best I can. So it’s mostly the same for now, give it take a rep on some movements here or there. I won’t bore everybody with posting it everyday

That sweet potato is gnarly, I can eat just about anything else but sweet potato is a whole nother level I can't handle for some reason. Keep it up
 
I bet the potatoes thanked the Lord for that ketchup. But man, I just want to see that chicken grilled so badly lol
Yeah man grilled chicken is definitely way better. I usually at least pan sear it but recently in prep with limited time it’s easier to just put a bunch on a sheet pan and pop it in the oven.

That sweet potato is gnarly, I can eat just about anything else but sweet potato is a whole nother level I can't handle for some reason. Keep it up

Sweet potato tastes like it has butter and creamy condensed milk on it if you bake it slowly wrapped in foil. Japanese yam variety is preferable.

Lmao it melts in your mouth and tastes like heaven when you're already depleted and deep in your diet.

And this is my pre workout meal everyday. Chicken breast with mustard and flavorgang bowl o gainz cream of rice with fruit.

It’s not pretty but it’s delicious
