I have had a few comments and heard rumors that some people are made uncomfortable by the website "shopping cart" method of ordering.
Let me assure you, this is not a typical shopping cart. The totality of the website's function is to provide a convenient form for our customers to fill out, and then e-mail that in a legible manner to our email account, while providing an order # to correlate with the products ordered, the shipping address and payment method.
This keeps us from receiving emails like this:
Hi, my mame is john and I want one x two y's and by the way are you guys real cause last time I got scammed I dont want to get scammed again cause I'm a teacher and bla bla bla ship to 4356 Johnson rd in Tuscaloosa ...
Not everyone is smart enough space the email out the way a VET would. Let alone use puncuation to separate their thoughts, or spaces for their address. Therefore we end up getting emails about peoples pets and social lives, it just gets frustrating.
Then you have the people who forget their zip code or some other piece of valuable information...the list really just goes on and on. We are not saving your info. The website just takes the mumbo jumbo from emails and turns it into:
John Jacob
4356 Johnson rd.
Tuscaloosa,
1x
2y
See the difference? So much easier for us.
But what is easiest for us is not our number one priority. So if you are made uncomfortable by our system, talk to me, and we can set you up with a different way, a more old-fashioned way.
