Shopping weird question

I understand you, I also changed my products, in favor of cheaper ones, in order to try my budget did not go into the red. I stopped buying farm products, more stock products.
That reminds me bob. Meaning to ask if you have recovered enough yet to return to work. Otherwise my wife has a job for you. You can use a soapy sponge right. And a naked old woman doesnt turn you off. Otherwise the grass is long and needs a shave. If you know what i mean.
Just helping out a brother is all. I will pay you well. Some jobs even i cant stomach.

I'm only buying basic essentials now and always cheap brands. No more luxuries until my financial situation improves and the economy stabilises.

I've cut my food bill by 50% so far but I'm also losing weight by budgeting...

I get almost all my food at our local food market. Other than that I get a couple things at Walmart or food lion. I don't inspect or compare food packaging. I compare ingredients and prices. I would much rather buy something with less overall and higher quality ingredients, and things thay don't have food coloring, artificial flavors, preservatives, and all thay crap in them.

the only things I inspect are my fruits and veggies, just to ensure there are no pubes on them. /s really just check for freshness and ripeness, a pube or two isn't a problem to me. /s

I am lucky to live in an area where a diverse amount of fruits and veggies grow. So my local store which has almost all organic products is actually cheaper or the same price than Walmart. Their meat is a great price too. They have everything I need there. The only things I get elsewhere are frozen blueberries, peas, and beef liver for our dogs homemade food and chickens love bloobs as treats. Oh also Greek yogurt cuz that is too expensive at the local place.

But @lukiss96 I think you might be experiencing some OCD man. The cold packaging isn't what matters, it's what's inside! Gotta read those ingredients duder.

Yeah that sounds like you got it covered. Got to ask what is bloobs for chickens. Is that a brand of grain. Got 5 free range chooks at home. Mine must be asian because they loved cooked rice. And run for the hills when msg comes over.

I have my own "bugs" yeah... I have phobia for worms and other similar creatures. Idk maybe it is ocd, maybe I'm lightly fucked up in my head. At least I'm not harming anyone :D

Btw I always check labels if that's what you mean. I just said it must look good to me or else I might be put off.

But I'm with you quality over quantity is my choice always with everything in life.

I always make sure to check fruits and vegetables for creatures and if it's in good condition overall.

I don't wanna freak you out bro but if you're OCD about tiny creatures..... try putting all fruit veg and especially berries in salt water for 15-30 minutes and see what happens.....

Strawberries and ripe banana bunches will blow your fucking mind lol

Fuck man, I don't even want to imagine that. But thanks for the tip I guess...

There are literally hundreds of microscopic eggs and insect larvae on and inside all raw foods bro.

A mild salt water solution will force the insects to try and escape and you will see them all floating on the surface if they have gone beyond the pupa stage.

Berries and bananas are high in fructose so it's easier to see all the fly larvae and other critters in fruits than vegetables.

A good way to lose weight, cut your budget for food and deny yourself all sorts of goodies :)
