Short blast anadrol, is 25 mg too little?

I’m on day 4 and headaches are annoying and lethargic

Anyway to avoid this? Maybe just do 25 pre workout?
Take some cleansing supps, apple cider vinegar with lemon in warm water few times a day even. Anadrol makes you retain everything and typical the lethargy is a result of to much unbound iron, magnesium helps regulate all Minerals. 800-1g / day is great. Look for mag glycinate or Malate though none of that citrate diarrhea crap

Vitamin c also, again though no as ornate you want it to say whole food vit c , 1g a day minimum
 
High blood pressure due to water retention

If it gets worse, I use potassium supplementation.

Drops the water fast and gets you back to normal.

ajust dont overdo it
 
I've noticed with anadrol if I can make it to day 10 the majority of sides seem to dissapear.
