Take some cleansing supps, apple cider vinegar with lemon in warm water few times a day even. Anadrol makes you retain everything and typical the lethargy is a result of to much unbound iron, magnesium helps regulate all Minerals. 800-1g / day is great. Look for mag glycinate or Malate though none of that citrate diarrhea crapI’m on day 4 and headaches are annoying and lethargic
