Short HGH/insulin blasts or longer duration?

Curious what the majority here thinks.

What is everyone's thought on using a high dose of GH for 4-6 weeks at like 10-15iu ED? Too little time and all water gain? OR safer/more effective because it's out of your system faster than sayyyy 5iu for 3-6 months at a time? Assuming insulin is being used a few times a week around workouts.
 
Terrible idea. For starters, you don't just want to start taking high amounts of HGH right away, the side effects are terrible. It can make you extremely sick, and everything you do with HGH is based on the week-two prior. If you go hitting that high of an amount this week you may be fine, but come next week you'll feel like you want to die. The best way to use HGH is to start at 2-3 iu per day for about a month, then bump it up to 4-5iu/day another month, then a couple more iu's per day the 3rd month, etc etc. Insulin is necessary on anything over 4 iu's to combat hyperglycemia that is brought on as a side effect of HGH. Many guys think using the insulin will make them a diabetic but NOT USING INSULIN is what really increases the likelihood of that.

Also, HGH takes a solid few months to see anything from. This is due to exposure times of HGH and IGF-1 conversion. In a given week you may only have a total of 2 hours of exposure time to the conversion of GH to IGF-1. The more exposure time, the better the results, and this is why it almost always takes a few solid months of HGH, and anything less is a waste.

How the fuck are you gonna afford that? Also you will feel like fucking shit at over 7iu of pharma per day
 
If you want mass from hgh then this is prob the way to go. Split it up into 3 shot daily

Def not suitable for fat loss/anti-aging
 
Anabolic effects of hgh and insulin together. A higher dose and constant elevation will do more for protein synthesis combined with shuttling ability of insulin should provide better mass gains. Why wouldn't it

3-4iu daily is not gonna put any size on someone IMO

I got better "gains" @ 10iu post workout 3x week than I do with 4iu daily. But that was also when I first started using it. JME got no pub med to back it up
 
hgh is no miracle drug , and it does not work for most guys because they do not take it long enough to see the real results , it expensive so if your not financially ready to do 6 months you will never know how it truly works..
I say this all the time, my usual phrase is GH isn't the magic powder guys think it is. and your even less impressed when you buy cheap bullshit from china.
 
last research I saw you should only take the slin twice a week, on leg day and back day. do not take insulin days that are back to back. you need to split up the days.
 
Be sure your comparing APPLES to APPLES rather than ORANGES bc there is one HUGE DIFFERENCE between dosing "generic GH", which is rarely more than 10% GH, to pharm grade.

That's also important because the side effects alone would prevent most people from even discussing such ASTRONOMICAL DOSING of pharmaceutical GH

Perhaps the OP should investigate the literature on GH dosing and BEGIN THERE FIRST!
