After 30yrs reading and hands on why would you think I couldn't grow or cut easy ...
I stopped weighing myself at around 228 back in the Marine corp at a time I was the biggest and I still grew a good amount after that with only 250mg sost E5D. .
The thing that separates BBing from other sports is we lose the size and cuts if we don't train and I don't care to eat and train like I used to
All the women I date don't like the size

I was 42 in that picture so you can't say it's because I was young ..
I didn't have abs visibly until I was 40
I decided to see what I've learned so I lowered my gear which was low already and I started training the muscle instead of throwing up big weight like you do and this is what I got..

I eat steak and burgers nearly daily and I have abs. Oh and I'm not on gear understand nutrition and you can eat whatever you want and have absWhen you say you take a low amount of gear. Wow!! I have cut 25-30 lbs since January and have def not been able to eat whatever I want. Protein wise so long as it is not read meat sure. Carb wise. Low not ketosis just lower than I want. Fast food? Nope. Abs are showing now. I do have more to learn. Last my abs were showing was right before the winter and I never diet strict I'm also not genetically gifted in the above department like I said I didn't have them till 40
A low amount of gear is 300mgoing tren a week since I'm not crazy about test but with an anti e I can take 300mg test a week
If I don't use any gear then I have to watch my diet more
Make a thread an ask questions and give stats and such, there is a lot of really smart guys that would help you out in the nutrition area if need be. Cause ya all that gears a waste if you don't dial in the nutrition. I'm stronger now off gear and equally as lean just the muscles don't look as full but that's cause I understand nutrition now and obviously the muscle belly will never be as full or grainy as when you're on gearTaco Bell on a cut?!?!
